Attendu, selon l'arrêt attaqué (Paris, 15 septembre 2011), que la société Metelmann, pour l'exécution d'une sentence arbitrale condamnant M. X... à lui payer diverses indemnités assorties d'intérêts de 6 % l'an, a fait pratiquer deux saisies-attribution à son encontre ; qu'elle a relevé appel de la décision du juge de l'exécution accueillant la fin de non-recevoir soulevée par M. X..., tirée de la prescription des intérêts ;

Whereas, according to the decision being challenged (Paris, 15 September 2011), the company Metelmann, made two attachments against Mr X... to enforce an arbitral award ordering Mr. X… to pay it various sums together with interest of 6% per annum; that it appealed the decision of the enforcement judge dismissing the claim as argued by Mr. X..., based on the statute of limitations for interest;
