Statuant sur le pourvoi formé par la société CSF, dont le siège est zone industrielle, Route de Paris, 14120 Mondeville, contre l’arrêt rendu le 7 avril 2011 par la cour d’appel de Versailles (1re chambre 1re section), dans le litige l’opposant à M. Jean-François Tessler, domicilié 91 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris, défendeur à la cassation;

M. Jean-François Tessler a formé un pourvoi incident contre le même arrêt;

La demanderesse au pourvoi principal invoque, à l’appui de son recours, un moyen de cassation annexé au présent arrêt;
