La rétractation de la désignation du mandataire ad hoc d'une société pour la représenter dans la procédure d'arbitrage emporte anéantissement rétroactif des actes faits par celui ci en cette qualité, au nombre desquels figurait la nomination d'un arbitre, de sorte que la juridiction étatique du lieu du domicile de celui-ci est compétente pour connaître de l'action en nullité de cette désignation, à charge pour le tribunal arbitral d'en tirer toutes conséquences juridiques sur la régularité de sa composition.
