contre l’arrêt rendu le 10 juin 2010 par la cour d’appel de Paris (pôle 1, chambre 1), dans le litige l’opposant:

against the decision rendered on 10 June 2010 by the Paris Court of Appeal (pole 1 – 1^st chamber), in the case against:

1. The Republic of Cameroon, domiciled Yaoundé (Cameroon) and selecting domicile with Mrs. A. Yolande Ngo Inyogog, 2e allée derrière ancien Fonader, BP 20501, Yaoundé (Cameroon), represented by the minister of finance and budget in exercise, the President of the inter-ministerial committee for the rehabilitation of public and parapublic companies, ministry of finance;
