1.1. The Applicant is the Confederaçao Brasiliera de Desporto no Gelo (the Brazilian Ice Sports Federation, ‘CBDG’). The Respondent is the Fédération Internationale de Bobsleigh et de Tobogganing (‘FIBT’) which opposes the CBDG’s appeal.
