2 PRESIDENT WOLFRUM: Before we hear Bangladesh, let me make one

3 announcement.

4 We have discussed within the Tribunal whether we wanted the final

5 submissions in writing or not. We would prefer to have them in writing, but since this is

6 taken Bangladesh a bit by surprise, we will give Bangladesh at the end of the day to submit

7 them in writing. But could you kindly at the end of today read them out so that we have

8 them in the transcript as well as edged of the day in writing.
