1. The present case arises out of a dispute relating to the delimitation of a single maritime boundary between the exclusive economic zones (EEZ) and the continental shelves (CS) of Barbados and the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago (Trinidad and Tobago) respectively (the Parties).
