I. INTRODUCTION
The Internet is defined as “a global network connecting millions of
computers.”1 This network has evolved from a mere system of computers
into a system connecting millions of people throughout the world. The
Internet has become an essential means for communicating at work and
at home, a tool for conducting research, a forum for people to shop, as
well as a source of news and entertainment. Thus, it is not surprising that
the exponential growth of the Internet has had its greatest impact on
businesses by providing them with almost limitless expansion.
The Internet’s capacity to function in a variety of ways, as well as its
