It cannot be deducted from the FIFA Regulations that a claim for training compensation has to be presented in particular to the Dispute Resolution Chamber in order for it to be regarded as having been validly submitted. Under the regime of the Dispute Resolution Disciplinary and Arbitration System implemented by the RSTP 2001, there is no clear distinction between the DRC and the Players’ Status Committee. The DRC is clearly a part of the PSC and the two bodies do not appear to be for present purposes distinguishable.
