Claimants in the above-referenced proceeding write with respect to the 23 March 2015 letter from ICSID requesting payment of an additional US$ 250,000 from each party as a further advance on costs. Claimants seek to again bring to the attention of the Offices of the President of the World Bank Group, and the Secretary-General of ICSID, Argentina’s longstanding refusal to pay its share of the arbitration costs, which Claimants have been forced to endure for nearly three years, during which they have had to pay Argentina’s share of the costs totaling US$1,400,000.1
