Investment Arbitration Library
The Investment Arbitration Library is a one-year online subscription that includes access to 31 publications on Investment Arbitration (click Table of Contents to review). The content of the library includes all volumes of the Investment Treaty Arbitration and International Law series, all publications from the IAI Series on International Arbitration, and several books on the Energy Charter Treaty and more. About the Investment Treaty Arbitration and International Law series: This series is a collection of 16 (soon-to-be 17) volumes. The ITA books compile the papers and proceedings of JURIS Conferences' annual conference on investment treaty arbitration, moderated by Todd J. Weiler alongside some of the most notable investment law practitioners (Ian A. Laird, Kabir Duggal, Rekha Rangachari, Borzu Sabahi, Frédéric G. Sourgens, and many others). The ITA volumes offer an indispensable overview of enduring (and "trending") themes in investment treaty arbitration, and a first-seat row to engaging discussions among some of the field's most preeminent practitioners.
About the IAI Series on International Arbitration: The IAI (International Arbitration Institute) Series on International Arbitration are publications focusing on topical questions anad issues in investment and international arbitration discussed at conferences organized by the IAI.
About the Investment Treaty Arbitration Conference: A staple of the investment arbitration community, this conference has been hosted by Juris Conferences since 2008. The conferences, and accompanying volumes, address contemporary themes that remain relevant to practitioners and academics for years to come. The conference format includes a group of "up and coming" members of the investment treaty arbitration bar, who draft papers that form the basis for the conference's discussion and appear in the chapters of these books. The topics of these papers are discussed and debated amongst a group of treaty arbitration veterans, many of whom are currently drafting the awards and essays that have and will continue to form the corpus of international investment law. The transcripts of these discussions are also contained within the ITA volumes.
