As global events continue to disrupt US domestic and international shipping, we want to provide you with updates to any service disruptions that may impact your order. Please see the postal and carrier alerts and updates around the globe. We will update regularly with continuing news and information as we receive it.

United States Postal Service Delays

While there are currently no significant delays with USPS Media Mail in the lower 48 states, possible resurgences of COVID-19 variants may rapidly affect postal transit times. If possible delays cannot be tolerated, please purchase Digital versions or select UPS shipping at checkout.

International Shipping

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not calculated with initial purchase from JURIS. To avoid duties, taxes, and shipping costs, we recommend you purchase titles as PDF Books.

 

MALAYSIA - Due to heavy rain and floods, please expect delays in the delivery of mail and parcels in Malaysia. 

THAILAND - Due to heavy floods please expect delays in the delivery of mail and parcels to Thailand. 

NORTHERN AND CENTRAL MEXICO - Due to local capacity backlogs in Northern and Central Mexico, recipients may experience delays of up to a week in the delivery of mail and parcels.
 Mexico City and Southern areas are seeing a lesser impact.

UNITED KINGDOM - Royal Mail CWU workers industrial action. The CWU has formally notified Royal Mail that they plan to call on their members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and letters to take national strike action on December 23rd and 24th. 

FRANCE - Postal workers begin indefinite strike across Corsica: 
Media sources reported on November 15 that postal workers are on strike at many post offices on the French island region of Corsica.
The strike began on November 15 and is indefinite. 

SOUTH KOREA - Due to transport issues we are currently experiencing delays in the delivery of mail and parcels to South Korea.
Expected delays: up to 14 days

CYPRUS - Due to a reduced number of flights, there are currently delays in the delivery of all types of mail and parcels to Cyprus.

BELARUS - SERVICE SUSPENSION - EFFECTIVE 22 JULY 2022. Due to restrictions imposed by governments and/or carriers related to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to fulfill any shipments destined to Belarus until further notice.

INDIA - Due to transport issues we are currently experiencing delays in the delivery of mail and parcels to India. Expected delays: 1-3 weeks

TONGA - Due to a reduced number of flights as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic we are currently experiencing delays in the delivery of mail and parcels to Tonga. Expected delays: +7 days

RUSSIA - SERVICE SUSPENDED - We have been alerted by the USPS that they will also be temporarily suspending service into Russia on March 11, 2022, due to unavailable transportation as a result of widespread cancellations and restrictions into the area. At this time, there is no available service, so we have removed Russian Federation as a shipping option from our webstore. If your material to Russia is received by our shipping partner accidentally, we will ship once restrictions have been lifted and service resumes.

GERMANY - Deutsche Post of Germany has informed that due to significant increases in the number of COVID-19 cases among its operational staff, delays are to be expected in the processing and delivery of all postal items.

FRANCE - COLIS PRIVE - Covid is still very active on the French territory and the situation can lead to difficulties in the supplier operations due to absences of operators or last mile drivers.
Delivery of parcels can be temporarily slowing down.

POLAND - Polish Post has updated that the situation has not improved with service quality as restrictions remains for operations and delivery staff. The processing and delivery of all mail types continue to be affected and the Post is unable to guarantee meeting delivery standards.
