A. Claimant

1. VIGOTOP LIMITED is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, having its registered office at Elenion Megaro, 83 Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue, Office 301, Larnaca, Cyprus, CY-6051, hereinafter referred to as “Claimant” or “Vigotop”.

B. Respondent
