Part I of this article explored ICANN’s new program for expanding the number of generic top-level domains (gTLDs) on the Internet. It explained that the program allows applications to be submitted for gTLDs that represent a brand (e.g., .universal) or a concept (e.g., .food), and that disputes could arise out of both gTLD applications and domain names later registered under approved applications. In addition, it explored the four dispute resolution processes (DRPs) ICANN created to address disputes arising out of applications for new gTLDs, and identified the dispute resolution service providers (DRSPs) assigned to administer them.1
