ADR training is not just for professionals anymore. People involved in all levels of academia-administrators, professors, students-agree that the integration of ADR courses into undergraduate and postgraduate curricula has assumed more importance than ever. The increasing role of ADR is reflected in the fact that expanding numbers of law schools, as well as undergraduate institutions, offer at least one ADR course. This solid footing in the academic community bodes well for the future of ADR and for those who, through this exposure, plan to make the field their livelihood, says the author.
