On 30 June 2010, Georgia (or the “Applicant”) filed in accordance with Article 52 of the Washington Convention of 18 March 1965 on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and National of Other States (“the ICSID Convention”), timely applications for annulment of the Award rendered on 3 March 2010 in ICSID case n°s ARB/05/18 and ARB/07/15 in favor of two oil traders, Mr. Ioannis Kardassopoulos, a Greek national, and Mr. Ron Fuchs, an Israeli national, by an Arbitral Tribunal composed of Mr. L. Yves Fortier C.C., O.Q., Q.C. (President), Professor Francisco Orrego Vicuña and Professor Vaughan Lowe Q.C. (Co-Arbitrators).
