The legislative procedure for international commercial arbitration in Quebec and British Columbia differs from that applied in all other provinces and territories in Canada, and thus is not representative of the overwhelming majority of Canadian jurisdictions. It therefore seems useful to supply information on international commercial arbitration acts in the Canadian common law provinces and territories.
