Few industries have the potential that construction does for costly and protracted litigation. These disputes and the resources that have gone into resolving them have pointed to an escalating need to settle disputes soon after they occur, before th ey have the opportunity to become a source of friction and ill will. Dispute review boards may be the answer. The ORB provides a prompt, expert, impartial review of disputes which usually results in substantial cost savings and eliminates years of wasted time and energy spent in litigation.
