1. The Court of Appeal dismisses the request for an amendment of the distribution of the costs of the arbitration.

2. The Court of Appeal refuses the complainant’s action.

3. Petrobart Limited shall compensate the Kyrgyz Republic for litigation costs in the Court of Appeal in the following amounts: first, SEK two hundred and fifty-five thousand and fifty (255 050), of which SEK 250 000 refers to costs for counsel; second. EUR seventeen thousand two hundred (17,200), of which EUR 15 000 refers to costs for counsel;
