THE COURT OF CASSATION, FIRST CIVIL CHAMBER, rendered the following decision:

 

Upon the petition filed by PT Putrabali Adyamulia, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Indonesia, having its registered office at JL Mangga Dua raya Wisma Eka Ruko no. 3, 10703 Jakarta Pusat (Indonesia),

 

To overturn the decision rendered on 17 November 2005 by the Paris Court of Appeal (1st chamber, Section C) in the dispute against Rena Holding, formerly known as Est Epices, a French société anonyme, having its registered office at Zone Industrielle, 6 rue Vauban, 67450 Mundolsheim,

 

Respondent;
