Yes.

 

 

The Court may order the forms of interim relief prescribed in the

Civil Procedures Code including:

 

i. Assigning a minor to an individual or organization to look after,

nurture, take care of and educate such minor;

ii. Ordering the performance in advance of part of the obligation to

support;

iii. Ordering the performance in advance of part of the obligation to

compensate for damage caused by harm to life or health;

iv. Ordering the employer to pay in advance salaries, wages,

compensation or subsidies for labour-related accidents or

occupational disease to employees.

v. Temporarily suspending the implementation of a decision on

dismissal of an employee.

vi. Attaching property in dispute.

vii. Prohibiting any transfer of property rights with respect to the

property in dispute.

viii. Prohibiting any change in the status quo of the property in

dispute.

ix. Permitting the harvest and sale of subsidiary food crops or of

other products or commodities.
