ARCH- the symbol of St. Louis, the symbol of the gateway to a new beginning, and the acronym for Alternative Resolutions to the Court House. We certainly need alternatives to lawsuits. Too many people sue; too many turn to the courts as a first resort. Valuable time is wasted, and resources are diverted from productive use in the economy.
