THE CHAIRMAN (Cameron K. Wehringer). This is a meeting of the Committee on Arbitration of The New York Patent Law Association. Our Committee called this meeting to explore a mutual aim of the American Arbitration Association and of our Committee; namely, to learn where arbitration and copyright law meet and where they diverge.

The Associations are honored by having four distinguished members of the Bar, Messrs. Theodore R. Kupferman, Alan Latman, John Schuknan and Samuel W. Tannenbaum, here today. The format for this meeting is that of a closed session, with no oral questions from any members of our Committee now present or to come. Questions, if any, will be placed in writing and given to me.
