Fourth, certain of the documents Claimant has produced are so

heavily redacted as to not constitute a meaningful production at all. In

particular, we refer to the minutes of the meeting of*******board of

directors dated**************produced as document number 7 in the

batch of documents marked by******s responsive to ********Document

Request Nos. 8-9. The basis for such redaction is not at all clear, in

particular since the redaction appears to include even the text that

makes the particular document responsive to the request at issue.

Likewise, Claimant has not explained its basis for redactions in the
