James Moore is a partnering facilitator and a licensed professional engineer. He has facilitated numerous partnering workshops over a period of 15 years. He has over 27 years of experience in public works projects. In 1999, he served as the Chief Engineer for the Base Camp Coordinating Agency in Kosovo. In 2001, he consulted with the Polish Government on the design, construction and repair of levee systems. He serves as an expert for hazardous, toxic and radioactive waste projects, and teaches a number of courses in this field. Mr. Moore is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. Robert Shearer is a professor of management at the University of South Alabama in Mobile. A member of the Florida and Virginia bars, he is a certified state and federal court mediator and arbitrator. A frequent presenter at ADR conferences, he is also a partnering facilitator and consultant.
