Foundation

The Arbitration Center of Mexico (CAM) is a private institution specialized in the administration of arbitral proceedings. CAM was founded in 1997 in order to fulfill a need in Mexico: the solution of national disputes through arbitration.
 

Mission

"To create the necessary conditions for entrepreneurs so they can know, use and obtain the benefits derived from commercial arbitration proceedings administrated by the Arbitration Center of Mexico."
Expertise & Experience: 

The Arbitration Center of Mexico (CAM) functions through a General Counsel and a General Secretary. The General Council is mainly involved in the designation and removal of arbitrators, and in the scrutiny of arbitral awards. On the other hand, the General Secretary is chiefly in charge of the day administration of arbitral proceedings.
